RETURN POLICY

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days. Our greedy doorman told us that in order to make sure our doors stay open at this time refunds can only be issued in the form of store credit, unless otherwise stated.
Item must be in new condition with all original tags, even if you wore it for just one night. No alcohol or puke stains!!

If an item goes on sale within 12 days of the order ship date refunds will be issues at the presale rate. If it has been more than 12 days you will be refunded at the sale price.

To initiate a return please send an email to support@turnupgear.com with "RETURN" in the subject line and a copy of your receipt and order number in the body. We will then send you a prepaid return shipping label. If you can not locate your receipt please call (720)60-TURNT (8-8768) and we will try to locate it for you. If we are unable to locate it, unfortunately we can not issue you a return =( Returns will not be accepted unless you receive a prepaid return shipping label from us. We love our threads…. but not that much.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In the mean time, keep partying!

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach us, may vary.

Exchanges
We may replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@turnupgear.com with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line (be sure to include a basic explanation) or call (720)60-TURNT (8-8768)


SHIPPING FAQ

When should I expect my turn up gear?

That really depends on when you ordered it. We try to get everything out the same day, however we have no control over the shipping companies so we traditionally say all packages go out within 24 hours of ordering. If you ordered something and selected one day shipping expect it will take at least 48 hours for you to receive it.

Can I get it faster?

That’s really up to you and the shipping method you choose .If you want it the fastest choose Fed-ex Priority overnight and make sure you order by 6pm of that day (the last Fed-ex pick up is at 7 pm hint hint). At Turn up we always recommend packages get shipped via Fed-ex. Although they are not the cheapest they are the most reliable out of the shipping options given, both with delivery time and tracking. In the past USPS hasn’t always been the most on top of their shit. If the gear you bought is for a special or time sensitive event let us know in the notes section when placing your order and we’ll try our best to make it happen for you. If you live close enough we may just bring it to you ourselves.

Where are you located?

We are located in Flushing Queens, NY. If you live close, great!! You’ll get your package faster. If not, sucks for you =p

What are my shipping options?

You can choose from two companies; Fed-ex (the most reliable) and the USPS (the cheapest). Whatever options they have available for your address are your choices. We do our part and make sure they get the package within 24 hours. Personally we recommend Fed-ex, although they charge more they are a lot faster and more reliable CHOOSE WISELY

How much do you charge for shipping?

We do not charge anything for shipping except the actual cost to ship the package. Our website plugs directly into the shipping companies and what ever price you are given is the same price we are charged. Any shipping discounts we receive are passed down directly to you. We do not need to make money on shipping. We are here to help, we only ask you to help keep the lights on and the party going.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number and link to the shipping service for your convenience. If you aren't sure or lost the email send us a line via email .support@turnupgear.com ,call (720)60-TURNT (88768), or party with us on live chat. Please have your order number ready if possible.

What if my package gets lost?

Every shipment is issued a tracking number which is sent directly to you as soon as we receive it. If you do not receive your package let us know by either contacting support@turnupgear.com with the subject “lost” or by calling (720)60-TURNT (88768) and we’ll look into it for you. We’ll even try to get you a new order free of charge.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

Security:

Your data is stored through a 3rd party shopping cart's data storage, databases and the general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Everything is PCI Compliant. We take every possible precaution to make sure your information remains secure. Your information is never shared with anyone outside of the company and you will never receive unsolicited marketing material from us. Your information will never be sold to anyone else. If you choose to share an incriminating story with us your identity will also be kept confidential. Your privacy is our top priority.

Payment:

You can pay with 2 ways at Turn Up; credit card (Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard), and PayPal. The price is the same regardless of the way you pay. It is really up to your preference.

If you choose a direct payment gateway (credit card) to complete your purchase, then our shopping cart stores your credit card data. We do not even see it!!! It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We will have a record of your order and information you have provided in terms of address and contact but we never store a copy of your payment information.

If you use PayPal the only thing we need from you is your PayPal email. You log in on your own through PayPal’s website and server.

Promoter Program Terms

PROMOTER PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY NOT TAKING APPLICANTS AT THIS TIME!

All Promoters will be given a personal code that can be used at check out in the coupon code box on our website. Customers who use this code will receive 7% off their purchase total or give them free shipping. Additionally the owner of the code will receive their choice of either 8% cash commission or 20% store credit of the purchase total. All cents will be carried over to the next redemption until it equals a dollar amount. Your Promoter code cannot be combined with any other discount codes or sale items unless otherwise stated.

Promoter pay outs will occur once a month on the last day of the month. All Promoters will receive a $10 cash or $15 store credit bonus for every 10 purchases made with their Promoter code. Cash Payments will be received either by a mailed check or via PayPal. After 3 months your account will be automatically re-evaluated for a commission raise and additional benefits. However promoters are entitled to manually request a re-evaluation every 1 and a half months.

Should additional benefits be offered, they will be disclosed at time after re-evaluation occurs. If your account is not active for a consecutive 6 months your account will be suspended and you must manually reactivate it by sending an email to affiliate@turnupgear.com with your Promoter code as the subject. If a re-activation is not received within one months’ time of suspension your account will be rendered void. If you choose to open a new account after your current one has become void you are not entitled to previously earned benefits.

You agree to receive regular emails from turnupgear.com including weekly status updates.

You will be assigned an account manager you can email or call directly. If you have any questions, problems, want to request an account evaluation, or just want to know your current progress for the month that is who contact.
